The meaning of words can change over time.
Consequently, when we talk about enjoyment - we mostly have it wrong.
Today, we think that 'enjoy' means to derive joy from.
However, it comes from Old French – en joi.
A similar word has maintained its original meaning.
En Courage
Encourage
To give courage to.
In other words, enjoy doesn't mean to derive joy from. But to give joy to.
Business Enjoyment is not about what we can get out of it, but the difference we can make in others.
So my question for you to ponder is this. Who do you want to give joy to?
When you can answer that, then you can create a joyful business.
