Breathing Space Confidentiality Agreement

It is important that we create a safe environment where everyone feels comfortable enough to open up and share personal information in front of people who could be strangers to them.

To be clear, opening up is a choice, not something that is enforced - but the environment is still critical.

It should be understood that you can feel free to talk to people you know about the meetings; about the people who were there; and maybe some of the topics discussed as a point of interest.  But never about specific issues that relate to specific people.

For example, after the meeting, I may do a brief report of the key issues covered and points raised to help promote the meeting, but it will not contain anything that could connect the issue or topic discussed with the people in the room.
